All Art pieces come with the Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.

Please allow 2-3 business day for preparing your order for delivery or shipment (after paid in full).

Since most products on our website are one of a kind, items can not be returned or replaced. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via e-mail orchideeart305@gmail.com to discuss your concerns and find solutions. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We can provide you video and more pictures of the item you would like to purchase.

For custom made pieces we require 20% non refundable and non returnable deposit.
